Previously, I mentioned that Em and I were thinking about going on a mission trip this summer to Paraguay. Well – it's official. We are going… provided all the funds come in within the next 15 days. =)
Anyway, click the "MORE" link below to read our newsletter with all the details.
Enjoy.

Dear Family & Friends,
It is time to leave the confines of the United States of America and travel to the far flung reaches of the world carrying the Good News of Jesus Christ. That is correct, we are gearing up to go to Paraguay on a fact finding mission to prepare the way for future mission trips.
You see, several years ago a pastor from Chile felt God’s call to go Asuncion (the capital city of Paraguay) to plant a church. This church now consists of about 100 people with a heart for their nation. We are going down there to connect with them and see how we can help them reach their city. To that end, this trip is mostly a fact finding trip surrounded by a desire to build a relationship with the church.
Once we have a closer relationship with this church in Paraguay, we will be able to send future teams down. These teams may end up doing street evangelism, construction, worship / teaching seminars, or what ever else the church needs.
As for me and Em, part of our purpose for going on this trip is to find out how the Vineyard Boise runs their mission trips. We are co-leading this team so that we can lead future teams in the years to come.
In fact, we would like to take the mission ‘bug’ to the Sweet Vineyard where we are leading the Children and Youth Ministries. Maybe next year we can recruit a full team from Sweet to go overseas….. =D
In order to fulfill these dreams, we need your help. First, to pray that we won’t stress out this summer with all that is going on. Secondly, that we can raise the $5,000 needed for both of us to go.
If you are able to help us out finically, please do so by July 15th as we must have the majority of the funds by July 20th. I know this is short notice – but I am sure God will work it all out. =)
Thank you for all your prayers and support. It is an honor to
represent you in the work of the Lord.
God bless,
-Ardell & Em
